• Voucher codes entered during deposit are automatically converted into bonus credit.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳200.
• In accumulator bets, you must win all selections — losing any one of them results in the entire bet being lost.
• In-play betting odds change in real time — the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final.
• If a match is cancelled, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over an event outcome, betwaybd's decision is final.

Betwaybd will not be held liable for betting issues caused by data or connectivity problems during sports events. However, where a technical fault on the platform is responsible, betwaybd will take appropriate action.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betwaybd. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or personal information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Bonus arbitrage or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Using software or automation tools to place bets.
• Participating in betting syndicates or coordinated betting activity.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Betwaybd reserves the right to suspend or restrict any member's account at any time and for any reason. This is typically done in cases of Terms violation.

Members may also close their account voluntarily. As part of responsible gaming, members can request to have their account temporarily deactivated for a set period.

• If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the bonus balance may be forfeited.
• The remaining portion of the original deposit is generally refunded following an investigation.
• A maintenance fee may begin to apply to inactive accounts after 12 months.
